MONICA, is one of the oldest Sardinian vines, is present, albeit with different percentages, throughout the island where it is cultivated on a total area of 3000 hectares.
In the wine obtained exclusively from Monica grapes we find fresh aromas of blackberry and cherry, red fruit jam and delicate spiciness often accompanied by nuances of sweet almonds. On the palate it is warm and pleasantly soft.
